    金殿大厦座落在金融街F10地块——北京金融街的北端,为中国大唐电力集团公司办公之用；总建筑面积为48000m2，高为70.20m；框架砼体结构，地上16层，地下5层；我公司承建整个外檐工程,主要形式为组合式幕墙，面积约为18000m2，其中石材幕墙约7000m2、单元体幕墙约4800m2、框架幕墙约1800m2、铝合金隔热窗约1200m2、铝板装饰墙面约2500m2；合同工期为120天。

    The tower is in the F10 Plot at the north end of Finance St. in Beijing, serving as the office building of China Datang Corporation. It is in a framed concrete structure, 16 storeys  above the ground and 5 underground. The total building area is 48,000 m2 and the eaves are 70.20m high. The exterior eaves are combination of curtain walls covering about 18,000m2, in which 7,000m2 is stone curtain wall, 4,800m2 cell curtain wall, 1,800m2 frame curtain wall, 1,200m2 heat insulation aluminum alloy window, 2,500m2 decorated as aluminum plates. The contracted construction period is 120 days.
