    该工程由主楼及裙楼组成，半地下室1层，地上12层，建筑面积21000m2，主楼为框架-剪力墙结构，建筑高度49.8m；裙楼三层为框架结构，建筑高度14.8m。
该工程外墙由干挂花岗岩石材幕墙与隐框玻璃幕墙组成，顶部飘棚上部为彩色钢板饰面，下部为铝塑板饰面，门厅上部为点式雨棚与点式玻璃幕墙装饰，阳台部位为铝塑板饰面吊顶。

    The project is composed of a main building and a podium building, with a building area of 21,000m2. The main building has 13 storeys, one semi-underground and 12 above the ground. It is a frame shear wall structure with a height of 49.8 m. The podium building is 3 storied, with a frame structure and height of 14.8 m high.
The exterior is a curtain wall by dry-hung granite and hidden-frame glass. The suspended ceiling at the top is decorated by colorful steel plates at the upper part and by aluminum plates at the lower part. The top of hall is decorated by point canopies and point glass curtain wall. Aluminum finish is used in suspended ceiling of balcony.
